3-5 sessions close together.
Instruct Client on how to use Heat and Ice
Sore - ICE
Stiff - HEAT
During healing of injury use both.
Start with Ice Use Heat right after
Exercises or stretches specific to your injury
Drink Plenty of Water - we are water beings, reduce dehydration
Eat healthy balanced meals
Deep Breathing-breathing into the diaphram. Helps to bring oxygen to injuried area and detoxify tissue and increase relaxation
